Compuscan Academy has a position available for an Executive Sales Consultant/Sales Manager
Achieving the profit and service objectives of CSA by offering clients the best possible service and training solutions that meet their needs.
Key Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate (Matric Certificate)
Sales Courses
Any training related courses beneficial
Required Skills:
Professional Selling & Prospecting Skills
Client Relationship Management & Networking Skills
Outstanding Communication Skills
Exceptional Organisational and Planning Skills
Ability to conduct a client training needs analysis
Sales Administration
Client Service
Ability to work on own and in team
Computer Literate
Required experience:
Must have an excellent and proven sales track record preferably in training related sales (2 years experience)
Prospecting and sourcing of new business / clients
Knowledge and experience of the education and training environment essential.
Knowledge and experience of the credit industry beneficial.
Identifying the training needs of clients & recommend appropriate generic/customised solutions to resolve their training needs
Sourcing prospects
Sales, i.e. turning potential leads into sales
Managing the sales cycle
Providing accurate information to all clients and creating an awareness of CSA’s products & services
Providing consistently high quality guidance to all clients in respect of their training needs
Sales Management experience advantageous
Other Requirements
Driver’s License
Ability to Travel
Based on experience and qualification we offer the following:
Basic salary: Negotiable
Provident Fund and Medical Aid after the probation period
Travel and subsistence allowance
Position available immediately
