Black and white to full colour flexographically or digitally printed labels to adorn the finest products.
FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING
Flexographic printing is supplied by an associated company, Knight Source, while digital printing is offered on the premises, using an in-house Memjet Trojan Two printer that turns out 1600dpi full-colour labels at the rate of 300mm/sec.
ROTOCON FINISHING
The most noticeable piece of equipment in at Label Mountain is a recently installed ROTOCON finishing machine. This 330mm wide line offers one printing station (for printing and/or varnishing) complete with UV curing. It also offers cold foiling, semi-rotary die-cutting, and lamination capabilities.
