A tense mind equates to a tense body. We focus on relaxing and calming the mind with alpha/theta visualisations, which deeply calms a busy mind, struggling to “switch off”. This is optional and your choice if you want to listen to it or not, but guaranteed to help you relax your busy mind, where you hear the words or not, it’s the frequency relaxing you to your pre-sleep stage, called the alpha-theta stage.
The more you feel stressed, the tighter the muscles in the neck, shoulder, back, hips and knees. This tense feeling causes the spine to go out of alignment. We have chiropractic massage beds that you lie on for 40minutes which scans your spine, monitoring where the alignment is out and gently re-aligns the spine, whilst using far-infrared, which deeply relaxes tense muscles and spasms and releases the overwhelming adrenalin from the central nervous system causing you to feel stressed.
