RESTAURANT MANAGERS – STELLENBOSCH BRANCHES
Our Client is a well-known eatery with numerous outlets in the Western Cape. The eatery offers a warm and intimate atmosphere and is known for their carefully selected, produce-driven dishes. The menu features delicious classics, artisanal fresh bread and pastries and serve breakfast and lunch daily.
We are looking for RESTAURANT MANAGERS for the Stellenbosch Branches to take overall charge of the daily operations.
The ideal individuals for the Restaurant / Store Manager positions have a minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant management environment, Matric, preferably a Qualification in Food and Beverage Management, fully bilingual with a strong financial acumen, strong admin skills and computer literate.
In the Restaurant / Store Manager Role, you will be expected to oversee and manage the daily operations and be actively on the floor liaising with guests and assisting where needed.
Key duties include ensuring the smooth running of each service, guest service, staff management and development, appraising staff performance, manage inventory control, orders & stock take, manage food cost, portioning standards and product checklists.
REMUNERATION: R13 000 (Based on experience)
